Veneers are a thin layer of porcelain that covers the front, visible surface of your tooth, bonding to it. They can be used to improve the appearance of discoloured, worn or chipped teeth and teeth that are not in a perfect position. They can be matched in shade to your existing teeth.
They usually involve some drilling of tooth, but not as much as a full crown, and so are preferable, in the right situations, at the front of your mouth.
